The set will not start

The set starts only when your whole body is in frame. Stand the phone upright on the floor, side-on to you and about two metres away, so the camera sees you from head to feet.

Reps are rejected when they look fine

Make sure the room is well lit and nothing hides your arms, hips or ankles. Loose clothing and a camera that is too close or at an angle make tracking less accurate.

The camera does not open

Open iOS Settings, find Lockout, and turn on Camera.

Start over

In the app, open Settings, then Privacy, then Reset progress. This erases all progress and settings stored on the phone.

Is my video uploaded?

No. Frames are analysed on the iPhone and discarded. See the privacy policy.
